We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who will lead the development of new products, take responsibility for their technical solutions, and act as Product Owner. Are you ready to drive impactful change, collaborate globally, and shape the future of sustainable energy?

Your key responsibilities

• New Product Development – Propose and enforce the technical solution from concept phase to serial production, ensuring that the product fulfils technical, legal, and quality requirements
• Post-NPD support (warranty, issues)
• Cost-competitiveness, standardization & modularization improvements
• Cross-functional collaboration (e.g. with Design Engineering, Simulation Team, Component Experts, Sourcing, Prototype Department, Test Laboratory, etc.)
• Close collaboration with customers’ counterparts to translate their requirements into the technical solution of the product
• NPD project management (when required)

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Product Development and its tools (e.g. DFMEA, Design Review, Risk Assessment, etc.)
• Experience with railway standards and/or cooling systems is an advantage
• Fluent in English, proactive, and ready to make a global impact
• Awareness of authorship and responsibility for technical solutions
