DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer – Elastic Stack Specialist (Full Remote)

We are looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with hands-on experience in Elastic Stack to join a skilled international team working on the development and operations of a centralized observability and log management platform.

This platform is built entirely on Elastic Stack and serves a wide range of internal and external clients. You’ll play a key role in managing, optimizing, and evolving this core monitoring solution running in Kubernetes, integrated with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

We are open to both senior and mid-level engineers for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and maintain Elastic Stack components: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Elastic Agent.
• Tune and optimize the platform for performance, resilience, and scale.
• Integrate with Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD).
• Use Terraform, Helm, and Ansible for environment provisioning.
• Support onboarding of new teams and applications into the observability platform.
• Participate in troubleshooting, alerting logic, and improvements to log data quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with Elastic Stack in production environments.
• Deep understanding of Elasticsearch indexing, querying, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps workflows (e.g. ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Helm.
• Familiarity with observability principles (log pipelines, metrics, alerting).
• Linux administration and scripting - Bash/Python.
• English – professional working proficiency
