The 360° Marketing Executive / Manager Czech Republic & Slovakia is responsible for leading brand, consumer, and product strategies tailored to the specific dynamics of both markets. While aligning with regional EMEA/CE direction, the role ensures that local consumer insights, retailer environments, and competitive landscapes in CZ/SK are reflected in brand strategies and executions. Acting as the key voice of the affiliate, the position drives market share, brand awareness, and profitability through data-driven planning and flawless implementation across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement the CZ/SK marketing strategy, translating regional guidelines into market-relevant plans.
• Develop and manage the local consumer marketing calendar, including A&P spend, quarterly priorities, and retailer activation plans.
• Lead brand and category strategies, leveraging local consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and retailer trends in CZ and SK.
• Drive new product launches, hero SKUs, and innovation rollouts with tailored execution across major local retailers and channels.
• Ensure omni-channel engagement by coordinating paid, owned, earned, and in-store activities adapted to Czech and Slovak consumers.
• Co-lead pricing strategy with the EMEA team, aligning price positioning and adjustments with local market dynamics.
• Monitor business performance, track KPIs, and analyze sell-out/market data to provide actionable insights for growth.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes, aligning with distributors and retailers in CZ/SK for accurate business execution.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and local agencies to ensure effective execution and alignment with brand identity.
• Share best practices, market learnings, and consumer insights from CZ/SK with the wider regional network.

Qualifications :

• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience
• College or university degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Beauty, retail or consumer packaged goods industry experience is a plus
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Proactivity with strong attention to details and follow through on action plans
• Excellent analytical skills
• Computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent level of English both in written and verbal form (min B2)
