About the Role:
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this new role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and resources throughout the supply chain. You will also play a key role in customer service by ensuring that client needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process customer orders and ensure their timely delivery
· Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability
· Manage and resolve customer complaints and return claims
· Communicate with national and international logistics service providers
· Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
· Replenish stock for the warehouse
· Collaborate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues
· Support demand forecasting and planning activities
· Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing and Sales
· Logistical support for marketing events
· Implement and maintain supply chain processes and systems
Requirements:
· Secondary education completed with graduation exam
· 3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics
· Extensive experience in Supply Chain in medical device environment is an advantage
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office (especially Excel)
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Czech language – native or bilingual
· English language – advanced/professional
