Do you speak excellent French? Do you have experience in IT technical support? Do you enjoy communicating with people and working as part of a team? Then we are looking for you.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our international customer service department. The position is fully remote and available for immediate start.

This is not a standard call-centre role. It is customer support for one of our largest clients.

What you will do

Communicating with clients by phone on an inbound line on business days
Processing customer requests in the internal system
Resolving standard client service situations
Communicating with clients from the EMEA region

Language requirements

French at minimum C1 level, used actively

What we expect from you

Strong communication skills, empathy and a genuine willingness to handle requests by phone and through a helpdesk tool
Basic IT knowledge. You do not need to be an IT specialist - we will teach you the necessary IT hard skills
Experience in IT technical support is an advantage
User-level PC skills, including MS Office
This position is also suitable for candidates with disabilities
