What we’ll achieve together:

You’ll work closely with a creative, tight-knit marketing team to strengthen and expand the brand presence of International Study Programs and its corporate initiative, The Global Exec, within the B2B academic and corporate travel sector. This strategic, hands-on role is ideal for a professional who is organized, creative, and independent, with a strong interest in marketing.

You’ll help shape our brand positioning, produce engaging content, drive communications with existing clients, and spearhead campaigns to acquire new business leads.

We’re looking for someone outgoing, positive, and sociable who will thrive in our team of passionate marketers who bring energy and spirit to everything they do.

Responsibilities to help shape our marketing initiatives:

• Work alongside the Senior Brand Manager through campaigns that position ISP and TGE’s as industry leaders in the academic and corporate travel sector.
• Social Media Management: Plan and run social media campaigns, including advertising, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
• Email Marketing: Help oversee email campaigns, manage mailing platforms, and work to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Content Creation: Produce and/or coordinate engaging content, from posts to short videos, that tell our story and highlight program impact.
• Manage and update our website on Squarespace, including page creation, content updates and analytics tracking.
• Print Production: Oversee the production of printed marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and university partners on co-branded initiatives.
• Project Management: Lead projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
• Source and manage suppliers for branded gifts and marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand values, meet deadlines, and fit within agreed budgets and processes.
• Monitor competitors, reporting back to the marketing and sales team as well as staying up to date with industry trends
• Your role will also have a strong focus on our corporate initiative

What sets you apart:

• A passion for creative marketing and industry experience (B2B is a plus but not essential).
• Social media management experience (advertising required, LinkedIn expertise is a big advantage).
• Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM and campaign execution.
• Skilled in content creation: writing engaging copy and producing short videos.
• Ability to source and manage external suppliers.
• Knowledge of print production processes and Adobe or Canva is a plus.
• Experience in using Squarespace or other web development tools
• Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Native, or near-native, fluency in English, with excellent writing and editing skills.
