A rapidly expanding international FMCG group is consolidating and modernizing its IT environment across multiple countries following recent acquisitions. We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of IT Workplace to join their international IT leadership team.

About the role

As Head of IT Workplace, you will take ownership of designing, standardizing, and operating modern workplace services across Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role (80% technical, 20% people leadership), requiring strong engineering expertise and the ability to lead a small team and external partners.

You will drive M365 migrations, tenant-to-tenant transitions, Intune deployments, and endpoint modernization at enterprise scale. Your mission will be to create a unified, secure, and user-friendly digital workplace for thousands of colleagues across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver M365 migrations (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Define and implement endpoint management strategy (Intune, Autopilot, Defender).
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across the workplace environment.
• Drive automation and standardization for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a small team while remaining deeply hands-on technically.
• Partner with business and IT leadership across Europe to support company growth.

What we are looking for

• Proven enterprise-scale M365 and Intune engineering experience (10k+ users ideal).
• Hands-on expertise in tenant-to-tenant or hybrid-to-cloud migrations.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience rolling out endpoint security and compliance policies.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery.
• Excellent English communication skills; other European languages a plus.
