At Allwyn, data isn't just what we do—it's who we are. Every number tells a story, and we're looking for a Lead Insight Analyst who can uncover the narrative and lead our business to smarter, faster decisions.

What will you do:

• Analytical Leadership
• You’ll lead a small team of analysts and working closely with a senior data scientist as you’ll help shape and apply AI-driven models while identifying new opportunities and turning complex business questions into clear, actionable analysis.
• Insights & Reporting
• You’ll generate insights from multiple data sources and translate them into impactful stories using advanced Power BI dashboards. Your work will also include streamlining reporting processes and ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable information.
• Data & Modelling
• You’ll drive the integration of diverse data sources into business-ready models and maintain the Customer Insight Database (CID). Working with BI and IT teams, you’ll ensure data is accessible, accurate, and scalable across the organization.
• Collaboration
• You’ll act as a trusted analytics partner across departments and markets, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external data providers. You'll also represent the Insights team in cross-functional projects with a strong data component.

What do you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. (Advanced degree (MSc) or specialization in AI, analytics, or behavioral science is a plus.)
• 6+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy—preferably in consumer-facing or digital industries.
• Proven success leading analytics projects or small teams.
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating data insights into actionable business outcomes
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to derive business value from data.

On the technical side:

• Power BI (expert-level): Advanced DAX, data modeling, navigation tools, and Premium features.
• SQL: Proficient in T-SQL and Spark SQL; experienced with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Python or R: Knowledge for data analysis or predictive modeling (strong advantage).
• ETL & Architecture: Understanding of data pipelines and system integration; Databricks experience is a plus.
• AI/ML: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and collaboration with data science teams.
• Enterprise Analytics: Comfortable navigating complex systems, with an edge in data engineering tools and practices.
