What will you do?

Provide daily user support and ensure smooth operation of IT services.
Install and manage Windows PCs, printers, and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts, access rights, Active Directory, and security.
Support users with Microsoft 365 and work with data in Excel.
Administer virtual servers (Hyper-V), network components (DHCP, switches, cabling).
Use scripting (batch, PowerShell, Python, SQL) to automate and improve efficiency.
Maintain camera and attendance systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to user queries.
Collaborate on server management, backups, and IT infrastructure.
Contribute to improving internal IT processes.

What do we expect from you?

Administrative knowledge of MS Windows and PC hardware.
Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong English skills (for communication with HQ and documentation).
Responsibility, independence, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
Interest in technology and helping others.
