Are you a numbers-driven professional who sees beyond spreadsheets? We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller who not only understands the figures but also their business context. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, a love for structure, and the ambition to grow into a senior finance position.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Conduct cost and revenue analysis, and track margins and profitability.
• Perform variance analysis (vs. plan, YTD, MTD).
• Support month-end close and collaborate with auditors.
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, HQ, and local teams.
• Leadership role (2 directs).

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, at least 2 years in similar position.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial logic.
• Strong technical accounting background with experience in IFRS and local GAAP.
• Knowledge of Czech accounting and related legislation is a prerequisite.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query / Power BI is a plus).
• Structured mindset, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with accounting and reporting systems.
• Experience working with auditors and preparing financial statements and tax filings.
• Fluent Czech and English, both written and spoken.
