Receptionist

Location: Praha 5 - Stodůlky, Czech Republic
Business Line: Integrated Facilities Management

We’re looking for a receptionist who will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and professionally. You will coordinate and support a variety of day-to-day office and facilities management tasks, all while providing a welcoming presence to our clients.

What This Role Involves

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a professional and welcoming environment
• Oversee day-to-day front office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Respond to queries in the client’s internal ticketing system
• Manage mail deliveries and courier services
• Assist with event logistics and other on-site ad hoc duties
• Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and pleasant workplace

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable with technology and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams)
• Responsive to customer requests with an empathetic and solution-oriented attitude
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Flexible approach and a team-player mindset
