Senior Manager – People Business Partner

We are looking for a strategic and inspiring HR leader to partner with senior management, guide organizational transformation, and lead the local HR team. In this role, you will drive the implementation of KK HR processes, tools, and systems, align local initiatives with global People, Branding & Sustainability goals, and ensure a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams on people and organizational topics
• Lead and develop the local HR team
• Drive integration and continuous improvement of HR processes in line with corporate standards
• Provide data-driven advice and challenge leadership to achieve ambitious goals
• Foster a psychologically safe, collaborative work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in HR or related field
• 6-8+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing (flexible for the right mindset and potential)
• Experience leading HR teams and partnering with senior leadership
• Advanced English (C1) and strong stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, improvement-driven, resilient, and discreet

About the HR team, that you will join

In Cooling we are 10 employees in the HR/People team. We are located in China, Czech, Slovakia and Denmark. Your direct manager is located in Denmark, and you will have a team of 3-4 good HR colleagues in Slovakia.

We are in an integration process with KK Group, and this means that we are learning a lot of new ways of working, and that we have a high focus on supporting each other.
