We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Senior Endpoint Technology Specialist to lead the design, deployment, management, and security of endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, and mobile) across a rapidly growing international organization.

This role is pivotal in consolidating and harmonizing IT environments, ensuring a consistent and secure end-user experience across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the SME for endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Group Policy, Entra ID)
• Design and implement efficient deployment processes for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Manage endpoint compliance and security: patching, encryption, antivirus/EDR, conditional access
• Oversee application packaging and deployment processes
• Harmonize and standardize endpoint builds and management policies globally
• Collaborate with the IT Security and Microsoft 365 teams to align on compliance, identity, and security
• Provide senior-level escalation support and root cause analysis for endpoint issues
• Document architectures, build standards, and support processes
• Stay current with endpoint trends and Microsoft technologies to drive improvements

Candidate Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience in enterprise endpoint management across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android
• Strong technical knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, GPO, Entra ID
• Familiarity with endpoint security standards: encryption, EDR, MFA, conditional access
• Experience in hybrid identity and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102, MS-100/101)
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Experience working in multi-entity or M&A environments

Work Model:

• Remote possible
• Occasional travel to regional sites
• Involved in major IT projects and a senior escalation point for endpoint services
