Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer - Remote

Are you ready to take ownership of Microsoft 365 across a growing international group currently consolidating and transforming its IT landscape across Europe? We're looking for a hands-on and technically skilled specialist to help unify fragmented M365 environments and drive collaboration and productivity to the next level.

What you’ll do:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 core services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview.
• Participate in tenant-to-tenant migrations and domain consolidations.
• Support M&A activities through standardized onboarding and integration processes.
• Define and enforce governance, naming conventions, and collaboration/security policies.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and act as 3rd line support for Microsoft 365.
• Create training and support materials for end users.
• Automate routine admin tasks using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap and recommend improvements.

Who you are:

• Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, identity management, Conditional Access, and M365 Groups.
• Experience in multi-tenant or M&A environments is highly valued.
• Skilled in governance, compliance, and security best practices within M365.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical topics for a broader audience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Bonus points for: PowerShell scripting, Intune/Autopilot knowledge, Microsoft certifications.
