Content Marketing Specialist

Are you a hands-on content creator who thrives on getting things done, loves to connect dots, and never settles for vague answers? At TESCAN, we're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who brings energy, curiosity, and a drive for excellence into everything they create.

In this position, you will:

• Create, curate, and manage content for TESCAN’s digital channels—web, blog, newsletter, and social media
• Ensure all content aligns with audience personas, campaign goals, and platform-specific best practices
• Own and manage publishing in HubSpot CMS and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X)
• Collaborate with internal experts across departments (R&D, product, sales) to gather timely and relevant insights
• Partner with our in-house designer to create multimedia assets supporting your content
• Track and analyze content performance, engagement, and lead generation impact
• Actively seek out new content opportunities and propose fresh ideas that move the brand forward

An ideal candidate will have:

• A hands-on mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you dive in
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital publishing, or communications
• A strong sense of ownership—you get things done and follow through
• A natural curiosity and eagerness to ask questions and understand the "why" behind things
• The ability to think in context, see the bigger picture, and tailor content to different personas
• Strong communication skills—both written and visual—and experience using tools like HubSpot
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword optimization, and social media best practices
• A collaborative spirit—you’re comfortable working with technical experts and creative teams
• Bonus: Experience in science or technology is a plus
