Responsibilities
Provide online technical support through emails.
Assist customers with questions and provide product/service information.
Process orders and manage returns.
Help customers understand our products and address any inquiries.
Requirements
Skills: Basic computing skills, excellent written communication.
Languages: native Italian +C1 English.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Empathy and Problem Solving: Key to addressing customer needs.
Mode of Communication: Email only; no chat or phone calls required.
Additional Information:
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, no work on weekends or bank holidays.
Location: Home office
Main KPI's: Quality, Productivity, AHT, First contact resolution, First response time"
