Procure-to-Pay (P2P) is the process companies use to buy goods and services and pay for them. It starts with selecting the right suppliers and ends with making sure they’re paid correctly and on time.

What will you do?
You’ll help our clients manage this process smoothly by:

Handling the full P2P cycle: from purchase requests to purchase orders, invoices, and payments
Supporting clients via phone or email with questions or issues
Keeping supplier information up to date (like names and addresses)

You might also focus on:

Procurement tasks:

Helping with one-time purchases (spot buys)
Managing supplier contracts
Organizing product catalogs and content

Finance tasks (Accounts Payable):

Making sure payments are processed accurately
Handling credit and debit adjustments

You’ll also get to work with tools used by top companies, like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, and Coupa.

🧩 What we’re looking for:

You enjoy working with people and speak German at B2–C1 level
You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office
You’re detail-oriented and love solving problems
You’re a team player who values a respectful work environment
You’re either familiar with P2P or eager to learn more!
