Client Lead – Prague

What You'll Do

Build and nurture key client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to support their long-term success.
Actively learn and adopt new tools, processes, and approaches for working with both data and people.
Transform customer data into actionable recommendations to improve business results and the shopper experience.
Deliver solutions through consultative, data-driven presentations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and various levels of client stakeholders.
Train and support clients in maximizing the value of our solutions and insights.
What You'll Bring

Essential:

Openness to learning new skills and environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data.
Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.
Desirable:

Experience in FMCG, retail, market research, or category management.
Project management skills and experience in consultative selling.
