We are looking for a new colleague to support our production team. This role is suitable also for junior candidates who are motivated to learn, develop and grow with us. If you have a proactive approach, common sense and enjoy working with people, you could be the right match!

Job description
Your main mission will be to support the Production Manager and make sure that daily production runs smoothly.

Step by step you will learn how to:

• coordinate production so everything runs on time and according to plan
• take care of production staff and support their daily work
• cooperate with the manager on meetings with customers and suppliers
• monitor processes, productivity and quality standards
• help with simple reporting and data administration in MS Excel
• ensure health & safety rules are followed
• communicate across departments to solve day-to-day operational needs

(Don’t worry – you will receive training and support from your manager and colleagues.)

Requirements

• Secondary education (technical or economic field is an advantage, but not a must)
• Czech – fluent (spoken & written), English – B1/B2 level (you will use it daily, but we don’t expect perfection)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Proactive approach, willingness to learn, common sense
• Experience in production/administration is an advantage, but junior candidates without experience are also welcome
