Digital Manager (KRUPS & WMF)

Join our team as a Digital Manager and help boost the visibility of the KRUPS & WMF brands!

You’ll lead the creation and publishing of our digital content, collaborate with influencers, and use data and analytics to track our reach and impact.

Your key responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance brand websites across three countries. (CZ, SK, HU)
• Develop and execute local media strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Grow and integrate social media presence in cooperation with PMs and agencies.
• Use data to uncover consumer insights and share them with teams.
• Improve performance with e-retailers and optimize retail media campaigns.
• Ensure consistent messaging and KPIs across agencies.
• Create and share digital dashboards and KPI reports.
• Maximize ROI and sales uplift from media activities.

What we expect from you:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including social media, e-reputation, and community management.
• Strong knowledge of media and the digital landscape, with an eye on emerging trends.
• Experience in marketing and communication to ensure consistent messaging across the consumer journey.
• Project and cross-functional team management skills (internal and external).
• Advanced analytics and digital data skills, with the ability to turn insights into commercial actions.
• Performance-driven, business-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English to collaborate with corporate and international agencies.

This position is a maternity leave cover, with the employment expected to last approximately two years.
The preferred start date is between October and November at the latest.
