Process Project Leader

Reporting to the Process Manager, this role will contribute to the local and the EMEA Process Engineering team, with the main following missions:

As the Process Project Leader you will:

· Optimize the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiency

· Develop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needs

· Reduce the environmental impact of the production (reduce CO2 emission, energy and water consumption)

· Lead projects and be accountable for the outcome

· Conduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operations

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production

Your profile:

· Master’s degree in chemical or polymer engineering or any related field of study

· Knowledge in technologies to process polyolefin materials

· Statistical analysis capabilities

· Advanced office user (including macro for office suite)

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and structured text is beneficial

· Proficiency in English and Czech. French is an advantage.

· Dynamic, having ownership, self-confidence and taking initiatives

· Excellent organization skills

· Clear communication, encompassing diplomacy and directness

· Ability to work on-field with process equipment

· Willingness to travel in Europe

· Drive, open-mind and adaptable
