Customer Service Specialist
Do you thrive on responsibility, enjoy keeping things organized, and have a passion for excellent customer service? We're looking for a reliable and proactive team player who will take ownership of service coordination across the DACH region and the Czech Republic.
What will you do?
Coordinate and monitor customer service requests (installations, preventive and corrective maintenance) and ensure timely resolution in line with SLA targets.
Communicate daily with field engineers and customers to ensure smooth service operations.
Manage service data in CRM and ERP systems – including reports, parts, and documentation.
Schedule equipment deliveries, track internal orders, and support customs handling (import/export).
Assist in improving service processes and collaboration across teams.
Support the service sales team in maintenance contract renewals and building long-term customer relationships.
What are we looking for?
Fluency in Czech, English, and German – written and spoken.
Prior experience with CRM and ERP systems; proficiency in MS Office.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent self-management.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A structured and data-driven approach, with a natural ability to plan and organize.
Experience in a similar service-oriented role is a plus.
