Senior IT Security Engineer

Job description:

- Working in international multi location environment

- Architect, design, and implement a scalable and robust IT Security solutions

- Manage and maintain the IT Security infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance

- Identify areas of improvement and propose enhancements to existing environments

- Automate tasks and processes using scripting tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)

- Collaborate with other security and IT teams on security projects and integrations

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and configurations

- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging threats, and new technologies in the Security landscape

- Provide occasional on-call support (rotational basis) to ensure business continuity

Requirements:

- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Security solutions

- Solid understanding of core security concepts

- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., BASH, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform)

- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Understanding of Linux security concepts, experience in server administration

- Proficiency in written and spoken English

Advantage:

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+)

- Knowledge of IT security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)

- Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)
