What will you do?
You will be part of the Accounting to Reporting (AtR) team, working on a challenging projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accounting records and ensuring proper transaction postings
• Performing account reconciliations and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS
• Preparing financial reporting and analysis
• Supporting process improvements and standardization
• Coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues
• Communicating with colleagues in AP, AR, and other finance teams involved in the market
• Occasional travel may be required at the beginning of the project

What do we expect from you?

• 4+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally in an international company
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP or BPCS knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent English (Czech is a plus as most of the team is Czech-speaking)
• A proactive and communicative personality – diplomatic yet confident
• Valid work permit for the Czech Republic/EU
