Do you combine technical service expertise with a commercial mindset? At GCE, s.r.o. (an ESAB company), we are looking for a proactive partner to bridge the gap between technical service excellence and customer satisfaction. You will ensure our Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) provide maximum uptime for patients across Europe.

The Challenge

We are not looking for a traditional sales representative. We are looking for a technical service expert who understands how service processes directly impact patient care.

• Service Process Optimization: Analyze repair data, KPIs, and SLAs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Tailor-Made Solutions: Design and implement proactive and reactive service programs, including technical training for our partners and customers.
• Service Quality Management: Oversee our service centers, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and timely repairs.
• International Collaboration: Cooperate daily with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Regulatory) and manage relationships with customers across Europe.

What You Bring

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in after-sales, technical service, or customer relationship management (experience in medical devices, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is required).
• Technical & Commercial Mindset: Ability to analyze technical processes, create service offers, and build long-term business relationships.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory (used daily for international communication) and very good working knowledge of Czech for internal collaboration.
• Systematic Approach: A passion for data-driven improvement and innovation.
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently (remote within the Czech Republic) and travel internationally (approx. 25–30% of the time, with 1–2 visits per month to our Chotěboř site).
