About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth for Mars business customers. This role is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within a defined area. You will maintain strong relationships and deliver best-executed customer plans with a keen focus on revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Create and execute solutions that achieve customer objectives, category leadership, and company profitability goals.
• Drive sales growth for seasonal placement, shelving, merchandising, and pricing.
• Influence customers to implement solutions through fact-based presentations, delivering beneficial results for both the customer and Mars.
• Complete new product launches with timely and effective execution to maximize customer impact.
• Execute all agreed-upon customer solutions with accurate/timely forecasting and detailed follow-through.
• Manage customer trade funds in compliance with internal and external requirements, continually improving spending effectiveness.
• Provide customers with category information and offer recommendations for category growth, customer feedback, and potential solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within FMCG/CPG industries.
• Prior Retail Account Management experience.
• Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen data, and trade management systems.
• Availability to travel 10% of the time with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluent English, CZ/SK native speaker
