The Operations Business Analyst will support the Head of Operating Model in designing and optimizing Eurowag’s operating model, managing performance metrics (OKRs & KPIs), overseeing budget and financial tracking, and delivering data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with OKR and KPI frameworks, budgeting processes, and business process optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job responsibilities:

Operating Model Design & Alignment

• Assist in documenting, refining, and implementing the company's operating model to ensure strategic alignment.
• Support the facilitation of governance structures, including preparing materials for Executive Committee meetings.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices for operational excellence.

OKR & KPI Management

• Help translate strategic goals into actionable OKRs and KPIs at various levels of the organization.
• Support tracking and reporting on OKRs, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key insights and improvement areas.

Budget & Financial Oversight (COO Department)

• Assist in monitoring and reporting the COO department’s budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Track financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operational teams to enhance budget efficiency.

Data Analytics (Operations Focus)

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into operational performance.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement using data-driven approaches.
