Process Improvement Analyst (maternity cover)

The Process Improvement Analyst will support the Head of Operating Model in designing, improving and optimizing Eurowag’s processes to reach effectiveness and efficiency. Develop operational metrics to assess process performance, measure and report them. Conduct periodic process reviews to identify, gaps, opportunities for improvement and digitization. This role requires analytical and problem solving capabilities, communication skills and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements across the company.

Main position responsibilities and objectives

Process Management & Improvement

· Analysis and optimisation of existing business processes to increase efficiency and reduce process related cost as well as superb customer experience.

· Identify opportunities for digitization and implement them to streamline business processes.

· Define the key performance indicators (KPI) for the process and assist in how they are measured and reported.

· Conducts periodic operational reviews to assess process performance, identify gaps, explain root causes and develop/ execute plans to close them.

· Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices for operational and process excellence.

Process Design & New Service Implementation

· Develop efficient and lean business processes, using best practices and automation tools (RPA, OCR).

· Support analysis and design of new services, products and business models under development.

· Document current processes and define target business process model.

· Support integration of new product, service, system, process etc. into operations/functional department.

· Develop training and perform with business key users.

Reporting

· Prepare reports regarding business process review to address gaps, improvement opportunities and recommendations.

· Communicate results to stakeholders, define and agree on improvement plan.

· Monitor and follow up with responsible business owners to implement recommendations on time.

· Assess process maturity for company processes to prepare management overview and improvement plan.

· Ensure regular reporting to the line manager.

Required / Desired qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, process management, or a related area.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process excellence or operations.

· Familiarity with OKR and KPI frameworks and business process optimization.

· Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills.
