Office Manager - Personal Assistant
We are a progressively growing investment group now looking for a new colleague to join our team as Office Manager.

Position details:
- Ensuring the day-to-day running of the office (administration, office supplies, communication with suppliers)
- Coordination of tasks among subordinates and ensuring their effective performance
- Supporting the company management and individual departments
- Organisation of meetings, company events and internal meetings
- Ensuring smooth flow of documentation, contracts and other administrative processes
- Proactive problem solving and proactive approach to improving workflows
Our expectations:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent communication skills in AJ - both written and verbal
- Time flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word at user level, other SW knowledge an advantage
- Willingness to learn new things and look for ways to streamline processes
- Proactive and proactive approach to work
