This role is based in Prague or Plzeň.

Role description:

• Ultimate responsibility for the entrusted project, in terms of quality, time and cost (with internal and external collaborators to help)
• Looking for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project
• Coordination of construction project documentation at all required stages
• Overseeing of permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues
• Providing support to Procurement Department in the preparation and reviewing of procurement documentation, checking compliance with project bid documentation
• Controling and coordination of construction work, their quality and compliance with the project documentation
• Participation in meetings with customers and responsibility for the implementation of required changes

Who are we looking for:

• Structured and organized Team player
• Responsible colleague who knows, how to prioritize

Requirements:

• University degree in civil engineering is a MUST
• At least 2 years of experiences as Project Manager
• Good PC skills, especially MS Office
• Fluency in Czech, English in intermediate level
