We Are Hiring: Material Planner / Operative Buyer Lead

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to take ownership of our material planning and operational purchasing activities. If you have strong analytical capabilities, proven experience in supply chain, and enjoy leading teams and optimizing processes, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Material Planning / Operative Buying team
• Ensure accurate and efficient material planning through effective use of SAP MRP
• Optimize inventory levels (service level, safety stock, ABC/XYZ segmentation)
• Improve planning processes and maintain accurate planning parameters
• Manage supply risks, shortages, backorders, and critical situations
• Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Sourcing, Customer Service, and Warehouse
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and data‑driven decision making

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain or planning in an industrial environment
• Experience in team leadership and priority setting
• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Advanced SAP knowledge (MRP, planning parameters, data structure)
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to make decisions in a complex environment and take full ownership
• Performance-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
