We are currently seeking a Junior HR Coordinator who excels at managing key administrative tasks and is excited about supporting our growing initiatives. If you're passionate about fostering a positive workplace and contributing to a dynamic, forward-thinking company, we’d love to hear from you!

What would you work on?

• Ensuring the on-boarding/off-boarding agenda.
• Comprehensive employee care throughout the duration of their employment with the Group - in Czech Republic and abroad.
• Preparing and managing the paperwork related to foreign employees.
• Day-to-day work with the internal HR system.
• Benefits administration.
• Ensuring day-to-day communication with employees.

What makes you a great candidate?

• University education (degree in HR, business, or related field is a nice-to-have).
• Experience with HR agenda.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with Czech labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Communicative English and fluent Czech.
