Who are we looking for?

An empathetic, systematic, active communicator who can solve both real and imagined problems with the quality of our products in the automotive field. Our customers are premium car manufacturers who only want to deal with real professionals.

What will you do with us?

• Communication with customer and production sites about quality topics such as customer claims, product and process changes etc.
• Participation in new product launch.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, deal with and report escalations.

Required skills:

• +2 years of experience in quality area within automotive industry will be big advantage, minimum 1 year is a must
• Competent in quality tools, and process/production control methods
• Diplomatic communication skills on high level
• Time flexible, proactive, willing to learn and able to lead people and actions
• Written and spoken English on high level, German and Czech language as advantage
• Driving license class B
