      Personal data processing consent for employer

      Under Article 7 GDPR, I hereby voluntarily consent to the administration, processing, and storage of my personal data by Tesco Stores ČR a.s. as contained in the CV and cover letter and other attachments related to the selection process that I provided to the above-mentioned company for the purposes of inclusion of my profile in the candidate database, and to contact me with other job offers that fit my candidate profile. I grant this consent for the period of 3 years, and I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending an email to CE.DPO@tesco.com.

      Tesco Stores ČR a.s. will store the personal data for the duration of the selection process; if an employment relationship is not concluded, your personal data will be deleted within 6 months from the moment you provided the personal data. If an employment contract is concluded, the personal data will be included in your personal file and will be archived and discarded after the termination of the employment relationship, in accordance with the applicable law.
