Every Wednesday, we play floorball, do pilates and you can always play table tennis or table football. In Brno, we have weekly yoga in Clubco. On top of that, we have a fully paid Multisport card and a gym is just a 5-minute walk from both offices.
Not only do we rotate a variety of coffees on our coffee machines, but we have a variety of cereals, proteins and sweets available for your breakfast, or as a snack. Fresh fruit, vegetables and apple juice from local suppliers is a must-have.

Director Software Development
I lead the software development and support all projects to deliver the final product to the required quality, time and budget. I also connect the right people to the right projects . Although growing rapidly, we keep a family atmosphere that encourages collaboration. An agile approach and the ability to react quickly to change is key for me. I believe that the combination of technical know-how, a strong team spirit and the ability to adapt is what allows us to achieve optimal results.
Director IT Operations
At xitee I am responsible for IT Operations, both internally and towards customers. My motto is to make things simple and meaningful. I actively support ideas for improvement or introduction of new technologies and procedures. Director Software Architecture & Design
At xitee, I am responsible for the Software Architecture and Design Department. Our colleagues work in 6 different roles: Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Requirement Engineer, Product Owner, Test Manager, UI/UX Designer. Our people are working in respective cross-functional development teams. What I appreciate about xitee is the family atmosphere, modern approach, as well as lots of "greenfield" interesting projects from the point of view of technology and functionality.
