Eurowag is currently under a massive transformation across multiple business units. This role goes after business problems one at a time and drives each from first diagnosis to a delivered result. The work is broad, from a single process to a whole business function, it runs across Eurowag's locations and it always ties back to a real number, whether revenue, cost, or customer experience.

The person in this role builds the business case that moves leadership to a decision, then owns the change through to a defined finish, working across teams and keeping the effort moving on. A growing part of the scope is putting AI and automation to work in operations, from making the case for a solution to running proofs of concept with vendors and embedding what proves out. It suits someone detail-oriented and energized by closing the loop and moving pieces towards an outcome.

Job responsibilities

• Diagnosis and business case
• Take ownership of an assigned problem, whether a process, a business unit, or a transformation initiative, and understand quickly how it works, where the value or the loss sits, and what the real problem is.
• Build a structured business case, grounded in the P&L where relevant, that moves leadership to a clear decision.
• Scope the initiative, define the outcome and the definition of done, and secure the resources and budget to deliver it.
• Implementation and change management
• Own implementation once the decision is made, including initiative design, governance, milestones, and delivery through to the defined finish.
• Lead the change across the affected teams, managing adoption, communication, and handover into steady-state operations.
• Keep a cross-functional effort moving without formal authority, resolvingblockersand holding contributors to their commitments.
• AI and automation
• Identifywhere AI and automation can improveoperations, andbuild the business case for the solutions worth pursuing.
• Run proofs of concept with vendors, evaluate results against the business case, and decide what to scale.
• Embed proven solutions into operations, with the process owners and controls needed to sustain them.

Job Responsibilities

Required

• Five+ years across program management, transformation, operations, or consulting, with a track record of owning initiatives end to end, from diagnosis through business case to implementation and completion.
• Delivery experience inside an organization, rather than advisory work alone.
• Builds trust and gets traction in rooms without formal authority.
• Self-directing, able to structure the work without a detailed brief.
• Strong business-case and analytical skills, comfortable working with financial concepts.
• Fluent English.

Desired

• Experience delivering AI or automation solutions into operations, including running vendor proofs of concept.
• Change-management experience on cross-functional initiatives.
• Fintech or SaaS background, with comfort in commercial discussions around NRR, LTV/CAC, cost-to-serve, and margin.
• Experience in operating-model or cost-to-serve transformation.
