Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years’ experience in rewards, including managerial responsibility in an international organization
• Strong expertise in job evaluation (Korn Ferry or similar), benchmarking, incentive plan design, and benefits management
• Skilled in HRIS, Excel, and ideally data visualization tools
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rewards function, managing two Rewards Partners and two Benefits Specialists, ensuring effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Design, implement, and govern compensation frameworks, including job architecture, grading (Korn Ferry methodology), and pay structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Manage annual reward cycles, including merit increases, bonus allocations, promotions, and retention programs, ensuring fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee short- and long-term incentive plans, including sales, performance, and recognition schemes, aligning them with business strategy and employee engagement goals.
• Direct benefits strategy and execution, covering health, retirement, lifestyle, and wellbeing programs, ensuring consistency with global policies and adaptation to local market needs.
• Leverage market data and benchmarking surveys (Korn Ferry, Mercer, Towers Watson) to provide insights on pay competitiveness, benefits positioning, and total rewards strategy.
• Monitor and analyse reward metrics (e.g., pay equity, turnover risks, cost efficiency), ensuring accuracy of HRIS data and delivering insights to HR and senior leadership.
• Advise and influence senior stakeholders (HRBPs, Finance, leadership teams) on compensation and benefits decisions, acting as a trusted internal consultant.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency Directive, labor laws, and internal governance standards.
