Progress of the selection procedure

CV Submission

Once we receive a candidate’s CV, they are included in the selection process. We provide feedback within a week, or exceptionally within 14 days.

Prescreening Interview

This is an initial interview with a recruiter to clarify expectations and assess whether the candidate meets the basic requirements for the role.

First Interview

If the candidate passes the prescreening stage, they proceed to the first interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. This interview can take place either in person or online.

Assessment and Case Study

If the first interview goes well, the candidate is given personality assessments and a case study to complete.

Second Interview

The second round typically involves a meeting with the hiring manager and a team member.

Job Offer and Team Introduction

The second interview is usually followed by a job offer. In some cases, an informal team introduction takes place before the offer is extended.

Onboarding Process

If the candidate accepts the offer, they begin preparing for the onboarding process, and we look forward to welcoming a new colleague to the team.
