We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our brand across Central South-East Europe (CSEE) and support our mission of building a more sustainable future through smart packaging solutions.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally-savvy marketer who can turn strategy into action, build brand visibility, and support sales with impactful communication. If you’re passionate about storytelling, love bringing campaigns to life, and want to work in a dynamic industry influencing global sustainability trends, this role is for you.

What you will do

Drive regional marketing success

• Localize the Global marketing strategy to fit the CSEE region
• Be a part of Group Marketing community (MCN), Implements marketing campaigns in line with the Group guidelines and local market conditions

Bring our brand to life

• Manage marketing channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and printed materials
• Cooperate with selected local media, maintaining journalist contacts and publishing articles
• Coordinate with external suppliers (designers, printers, agencies)
• Coordinate Plant Communication Ambassadors across the CSEE region to make sure internal communication channels are functioning

Turn events into impact

• Organize and supports trade fairs, customer days, and internal company events
• Strengthen brand awareness in local communities through socially responsible projects

Equip our sales teams to win

• Work with the sales team on brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Create supporting content and visual communication aligned with customer needs in various sectors
• Lead generation through online/offline channels, website traffic and prospects from campaigning (automation via CRM)

Stay on top of the numbers

• Manage the marketing budget and tracks expenses
• Prepare reports on marketing activities and results
• Monitor campaign performance and proposes optimizations

What skills / knowledge and experience you should bring

• University degree in marketing, communications, or similar
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing (B2B experience welcomed)
• Knowledge of digital marketing & social media tools (Google Analytics, Meta Suite)
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Creative mind with an eye for visual detail
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and strong English
• Familiarity with graphic tools (Canva, InDesign) – a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging – an advantage
