About the job

As an Analytics & Power BI Development Intern within Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply (EM&S), you will design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that serve the business community — connecting directly to the Snowflake EM&S Data Foundation as the single source of truth. Your work will help build a unified, scalable analytics ecosystem that drives data-informed decision-making across global manufacturing and supply operations.

Main responsibilities:
 
PowerBI Report Design & Development

• Design, build, and publish interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly, and visually compelling data visualizations
• Ensure reports follow established design standards, branding guidelines, and usability best practices

Snowflake Integration & Data Harmonization

• Connect Power BI reports to the Snowflake Data Foundation, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and traceability
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to understand data models and leverage available datasets effectively
• Support the definition and rollout of standardized reporting templates across EM&S functions and sites, identifying opportunities to consolidate existing reports and eliminate redundancies
• Ensure alignment with global KPIs and metrics frameworks
• Contribute to documentation of data sources, transformations, and report logic

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present prototypes, and incorporate feedback
• Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and project updates
• Support change management and adoption of new reports within the team

About you

Education:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Available for a minimum 1 year internship

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency or strong interest in Microsoft Power BI (report building, DAX, data modeling)
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Knowledge of or exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, or similar) is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented attitude
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (working language of the team)
