Our recruitment team receives your job application (ideally in English)
If your experience and background match what we’re looking for - whether for the role you applied to or another open position - one of our recruiters will get in touch. You’ll have a short phone call (about 10–30 minutes) to talk about your experience, what motivates you, your availability, and anything else that might be relevant.
After our initial chat, the next step is an interview with the hiring manager. This can happen online or in person at our office in Vlněna, whichever works best. Depending on the role, there might be a small follow-up task, like a short test of your technical skills, English, or presentation abilities. For some positions, we’ll invite you to a second round of interviews, usually with other managers or team members you’d be working with, so you get a better sense of the people and the role.
Once the final decision is made, your recruiter will get in touch to share feedback with you. If it’s a yes, congratulations! We’ll also discuss the details of the offer and next steps to help you get started smoothly. If things don’t work out this time, don’t worry, we’ll keep your CV for future opportunities and reach out when something suitable comes up.
