We are looking for a strategic and inspiring HR Leader to partner with Senior Management and local organization, guide the transformation and lead the local HR Team. In this role, you will drive the implementation of KK HR processes, tools and systems, align local initiatives with global People, Branding & Sustainability goals and ensure a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Management Teams on People and organizational topics
• Lead and develop the local HR Team (direct and doted line reports)
• Drive integration and continuous improvement of HR processes in line with corporate standards
• Provide data-driven advice and challenge leadership to achieve ambitious goals
• Foster a psychologically safe, collaborative work environment
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, employment legislation and HR governance
• Collaborate closely with Global People functions to implement strategic People initiatives and share best practices across regions
• Support HR activities locally and globally with the hands on approach

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in HR or related field
• 8+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing (flexible for the right mindset and potential)
• At least 5 years of managerial postion experience preferrably in international, global organization, leading HR Teams and partnering with senior leadership
• Proactive, improvement-driven, resilient and discreet
• CAN DO/CAN SOLVE MINDSET with assertiveness and diplomacy to be a strong sparring Partner for our Leaders
• Advanced English (C1) and strong stakeholder management skills
• NICE TO HAVE: practical knowledge and usage of Insights Discovery, Hogan, AON, Coaching certificate and experience.

About the HR Team, that you will join

In Cooling we are 8 Employees in the HR/People Team. We are located in China, Czech, Slovakia, Denmark and Poland. Your direct Manager is located in Poland and you will have a Team of HR Colleagues in Czech.

We are in an integration process with KK Group, and this means that we are learning a lot of new ways of working, and that we have a high focus on supporting each other.
