About the role:

Are you a recent high school or university graduate eager to start a career in luxury hospitality? You will have the amazing opportunity to join one of our operational departments, where you will gain hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the foundation for a long-term career within Four Seasons.

What You will do:

• Support daily operations in your assigned department.

• Learn the Four Seasons standards of excellence.

• Participate in training and development programs.

• Work collaboratively with a multicultural team.

• Provide memorable experiences for our guests.

What You will bring:

• A completed high school diploma or university degree (hospitality or related field is a plus).

• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering luxury service.

• A positive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Communicative level of English (Czech is a plus).

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
