We are currently looking for an experienced Assistance Center Project Coordinator to join our Euro-Center Assistance (ECA) Central Team. In this role, you will take ownership of project governance, business improvement initiatives, and operational performance reporting across ECA. This position is ideal for a strategic and data-driven professional who enjoys leading complex projects, driving innovation, identifying opportunities for process optimization, and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain ECA-wide PMO standards, governance frameworks, and project management best practices aligned with Euro-Center standards.
• Support and oversee strategic projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Drive innovation initiatives, including AI-related projects, digital transformation activities, and process improvement programs.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analyses, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Support ECA-wide client onboarding activities, management reporting, and adherence to internal standards.
• Analyze operational performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and business performance updates.
• Collaborate closely with ECA Global Operations and key stakeholders across departments.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in project management, PMO, program management, or business improvement roles.
• Strong background in management reporting and performance analysis.
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, or AI-related projects is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and macros.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
