Responsible for the smooth daily operation of the DRN office, including vendor coordination (cleaning, catering, office supplies), facility maintenance, budgeting, and onboarding new employees. Oversees tenders and contracts in collaboration with Legal, supports internal event organization, and ensures a clean and functional office environment. Manages reception staff and processes, including visitor services, access cards, meeting room bookings, and parking. Handles mail logistics, travel bookings, and supports various ad-hoc tasks. Ensures all duties align with CTP’s corporate culture and values.
