Job Description:

The Energy Manager supports energy technology projects, manages contracts, and assists with certification reporting. Key tasks include achieving energy targets and monitoring consumption. It also involves developing renewable energy strategies and coordinating energy storage solutions.

• Administrative support to tenants and assisting in managing the preparation of energy technology construction.
• Assisting with the reporting of the Certificate of Origin/Energy Guarantee of Origin purchase plan.
• Cooperation in the field of ESG and CO2 neutrality of buildings.
• Ensuring management of connection contracts.
• Creating and editing regular and ad hoc reports and presentations on the assigned business.
• Preparation for meetings and minutes of meetings, verification with tenants.
• Providing support for project managers - energy.
• Manage the rapid growth of our solar (and other) energy capacity, introduce new technologies, set the legal framework and apply ESG standards.
• Manage the implementation of the energy pipeline, delivering MWh in line with SP2026 targets and ensuring that central services are directed to maximise support to country and project management in delivering their objectives.
• Achieve the target MWh capacity and ensure continuity of services.
• Achieve business case targets for energy sales at agreed price levels.
• Oversee legislative impacts on energy solutions.
• Investigate alternative ways of supplying renewable energy and securing business cases.
• Participation in the development of long-term energy strategies with an emphasis on optimising energy use, the share of renewables and reducing CO2 emissions.
• Development and implementation of electric mobility initiatives, including charging infrastructure and integration of electric mobility into the energy ecosystem. Collaboration with suppliers and project management in the field of electromobility.
• Managing and coordinating the implementation of energy storage technologies, including batteries, hydrogen and other alternative methods. Analysing the potential and suitability of various energy storage methods relative to project needs and opportunities. Collaborating with suppliers and experts in innovative energy technologies to optimize the use of energy storage and achieve project goals.
• Setting up processes with countries to monitor and control solar productivity and downtime, ensuring continuous production. Ensure preferred operation and maintenance of solar facilities.

We request:

• Electrical engineering education
• Experience at least 10 years
• Excellent English knowledge

Detailed monitoring of energy consumption in parks/buildings (using EMS). Mapping of consumption by sector, full understanding of current and future consumption. Analysing generation - consumption - sales.
