Vacation leave

Our employees are entitled to 5 weeks (i.e. 25 working days) of annual leave per calendar year. When you're changing the world, you need to treat yourself to some proper relaxation from time to time.

In the spirit of a culture of trust, we have up to 2 consecutive sick leave days without the need to bring a doctor’s note if you’re feeling unwell.

How does our recruitment process work?

HR interview

You will meet one of our Talent Acquisition professionals. This meeting will focus on your previous experience, affinities, and expectations. It is also an opportunity for you to learn more about HTEC, our projects, benefits, culture, and anything else that might interest you.

Experience matrix

You complete an experience matrix—a self-evaluation form mapping your previous knowledge, experience, certifications, etc. The matrix is designed to give us an overview of your knowledge and familiarity with various job-related concepts and topics.

3
Tech interview

In this step, you meet technical interviewers, who present them with a tailor-made tech or business challenge based on your previous knowledge, experience matrix, and job requirements. Please note that non-engineering candidates may not be required to complete this step.

4
Final meeting

If our mutual expectations for the position align, the Talent Acquisition team schedules the final meeting to present an informal offer and discuss next steps should you accept the position.
