Position Summary:

This position is located in Kunice, Czech Republic.

The Junior Automotive Technical Support, reporting to the ARB EU Tech. Support Manager, will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of ARB Europe’s technical support department. The role focuses on providing technical support for ARB automotive products (suspensions, differentials compressors, roof racks, bumpers etc.), assisting customers, distributors and internal teams with product selection, fitment, troubleshooting, warranty claims and technical documentation. The position requires interest in automotive systems, 4WD vehicles and aftermarket accessories, combined with a customer-focused approach.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Provide technical support for ARB automotive aftermarket products to customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Assist customers with vehicle-specific product selection, compatibility and fitment advice.
• Answer technical questions related to ARB products, installation procedures, operation and maintenance.
• Support warranty and claims investigations by gathering technical information and liaising with customers and suppliers.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting product and installation issues.
• Cooperate closely with customer service, sales, warehouse and technical departments.
• Maintain technical documentation, product information and certification records.
• Support end users through communication channels with technical and product-related enquiries.
• Assist with management of hold stock and non-stock parts required for technical support and warranty cases.
• Support workshop activities, product testing and vehicle fitment work when required.
• Provide information regarding product certifications, approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Assist smaller customers and distributors with technical quotations and product recommendations.
• Administrative support related to technical support activities

Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, or Education Required:

• Very good English language skills, both verbal and written. Additional language skills are an advantage
• History in customer service / tech support
• Mechanical aptitude, either personal or professional
• Experience in automotive or aftermarket accessory industry highly desirable
• Ability to work autonomously with flexibility for periodic travel
• Competent with computers
• Driving License Group B
