We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to take full responsibility for managing projects from the planning phase through to successful handover. Your primary task will be to coordinate the project team, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure top-quality deliverables. You will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Project Team Management
• Communication and Reporting: Regular reporting on project status to company management and key stakeholders.
• Risk and Change Management: Identifying potential risks, resolving issues in a timely manner, and approving changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Closure: Formally handing over the completed work to the client, securing acceptance, and evaluating project success (retrospective).

Candidate Requirements (Ideal Profile)

• Experience: At least 5–8 years of experience as a project manager (experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage).
• Management Methodologies: Knowledge of both traditional and agile methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
• Tools: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Language Skills: Excellent command of Czech and English (B2/C1 level) for communication with international partners.
• Organizational and communication skills, natural authority, ability to lead and motivate people, stress resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

An advantage

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP/PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Technical or industry-specific education/experience relevant to the company's focus.
