What You Will Do

• Conduct primary interviews and targeted secondary research across international markets.
• Assemble and analyze market and business information, translating data into key findings.
• Develop market models, forecasts, reports, and executive-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare and deliver client presentations.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and internal improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in market research, consulting, business intelligence, competitive intelligence, consumer products, beauty, wellbeing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing, presentation development, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Confidence conducting interviews and engaging with industry professionals and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Excellent English language skills; proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience leading workstreams, managing client interactions, or supporting team development is an advantage.
